JOB: Object Programmers Needed

Object programmers develop the frameworks on which the various functional layers in the customer's system will be based, as well as the code for those layers. OEI programmers, with years of experience in a variety of sites throughout the Object development community, are experts in Java, perl, UNIX scripting, SQL, data modeling, HTML/SGML, Object, and the creation and manipulation of critical elements in palettes, associated tools, and interface gadgets.

Object programmers have strong Java experience. A minimum of 3 years Java/Objective C experience is typical.

Essential Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Java / Objective C
• Good RDBMS skills (Sybase or Oracle preferred)
• UNIX skills

Ancillary Skills:

• OO Theory and Design
• Large Site related experience
• Large-scale Java site experience.
